Awesome weather

Strolling along in her little push car!

Let's take note that one person is dressed appropriately for the weather...and I am NOT that person. It was awesome today!! 80 degrees! So why am I wearing long sleeves and jeans?? I need to get with the program!! I guess I can blame it on my pale legs and arms - but no excuses! These pictures are like the song from Sesame Street: "One of these things is not like the other." Ha!
Is Lucy not the cutest person in the world?? (Sorry to all of my mommy blog friends - but she is adorable!!)

Lucy and the Great Outdoors

The girl loves sticks - what's up with that?

We continue to enjoy the wonderful weather! Lucy has battled a cold for about a week now, but she is doing better and loves to play on her slide outside. She has a fascination with STICKS. I don't know what the appeal is, but she constantly has one in her hand or in her mouth. YUCK!

In the Backyard

Lucy loves to play outside in the great weather! Here are some action shots - it is difficult to get her to stay still for a second!!

Botanic Gardens

Lucy went to the "Caterpillar Club" at the Botanic Gardens this week - she loved to see the pretty flowers! It sprinkled some of the time, so we had a story time and crafts inside. Pictured with us is my best friend from high school, Amy. She has 2 children, who were fascinated by little Lucy!

Lucy Eats her Veggies

My daughter loves vegetables! She had FOUR helpings the other night at dinner. She is definitely a great eater! She has not learned to eat with a fork or spoon yet, but we keep trying. Right now she is satisfied to get everything in between those little pinchers and stuff it in her mouth!

Lucy's First Haircut

Lucy met Mrs. Cho at her hair salon on Thursday for her first hair cut. Mrs. Cho cut my hair for YEARS and we love her! Lucy was very good and sat still for her hair trim. No tears were shed!
